Step4ward Fitness Training

Realistic Goals = Success

You can expect great benefits from your exercise program. Exercise can strengthen bones, joints and muscles; reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke; help control blood pressure and cholesterol; regulate blood sugar; reduce feelings of stress and depression; and help you look and feel your best. These benefits are not the result of magic, but of the time and energy you spend, day after day, and year after year, putting your body into motion.

The following stories describe what happens when you decide to take the next step forward to better health.

General Comments

Shelley is the best instructor/trainer around...her classes are challenging and packed with high energy. She's very motivating and is the most enthusiastic trainer you will ever meet. Her classes not only ROCK, but they bring out the ANIMAL in you! You'll come back for more...she is awesome...Go Shelley G!!!

I have known her as a friend, trainer, and instructor for 10 plus years. She has a special way that inspires people to go for it. Her enthusiasm fills the room and empowers those around her. Motivate you ...that she will, change you to become stonger and healthier...no doubt about it. You are lucky to have her.

Although it has been several years since Shelley trained me, she is a person I categorize as "unforgettable'. She is caring, inspiring, and dedicated to her craft. She is motivating, and I believe capable of helping someone lose 3 pounds to 300 pounds. She is great and comes highly recommended by me.

She has worked with me for 12 years. I travel with my job so squeezing in the workouts is tough. She sends the workouts to my email and I follow through. She is one of the best, that is why I continue to utilize her from a distance. Shelley has an amazing gift to make you feel worth the effort. And that effort is what inspires me to give my all.

I have yet to meet someone like Shelley who does not encourage you to "do it". She enjoys her place and will drag you with her if you are even slightly willing. Before you know it she has you doing things you thought you would never do. Before Shelley entered my life I was 65 pounds over weight & had not run since grade school. I am now 55 years old have run 2 marathons. A life I never thought would be mine. Thank you Shelley
