Meeting as a group provides accountability and motivation. Meeting new people or joining with a group of your friends encourage you to push yourself and enjoy the laughs and groans of your comrade.

What Group Training sessions include:

Cardiovascular and muscle strengthening, balance, flexibility, and core development.

Body composition and diet/nutrition consultations available

Lit Fit (Group Training)

These are special times of the month / year. This amazing cardio intensive workout is set with disco lights and other lights that beat to the music. An energetic experience you won’t forget.

Restorative Yoga

This class is still and slow, with focus on achieving deep relaxation of your body and mind. Slower movements have calming effect on nervous system and bring deep relaxation to your body on cellular level. This class can be a great way to recover from injury or soreness, calm your mind, improve your mood, your sleep, and sense of balance. We use props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks and straps. With dim lights and quiet meditative music you can be fully supported, feel calm and nurtured by the end of each class. This session is appropriate for all levels of fitness. We provide the props. You are welcome to bring a blanket or a light sweater so you can stay warm, especially during savasana.

Personal Training Sessions

Imagine the progress you will make with a personal trainer.  You will build a relationship together to reach your optimum health.

You need realistic goals and a program that can help you achieve these goals. As your trainer, we will work together to set these goals and incorporate them into your lifestyle. It is better to do a little exercise for many years, than to do a lot of exercise for a few months.

Your Trainer will commit to the following:

* hold you accountable to the goals we set together
* guide your exercise technique
* teach you how to eat healthier
* help you overcome obstacles that inhibit your goals
* show you the enjoyment of exercise and encourage you along the way

Personal Consultations

All potential new clients will need this appointment before starting the training sessions. You will meet with a Trainer to discuss your physical history and health concerns; injuries and surgeries; perform a few functional movements to determine strengths and weaknesses, and discuss goals you would like from this program. Then we will discuss interest in group training or personal training.
Fitness attire is encouraged. This appointment will last approximately 1 hour and is $45.
