Meeting new people or joining with a group of your friends encourages you to push yourself and enjoy the laughs and groans of your comrads. Groups meet inside and outside depending on the day (weather), generally lasting one hour. more information

Personal Training Sessions
Imagine the progress you will make with Shelley as your personal coach. Building a relationship together to reach your optimum health. Training sessions are typically in parks or in home.The sessions, generally last 45 minutes to

Online Personal Training

Phone Consultations
Available for private phone consultations. Once you have purchased your phone consultation Shelley will follow up to schedule an appointment that suits both of your schedules.
