As we all know, regular physical activity takes time and energy. To reap the benefits exercise offers: (stress reduction, weight loss, blood sugar and blood pressure control, bones health and muscle strength), daily physical activity is recommended for the rest of your life.

How can you sustain such a long-term commitment? You need realistic goals and a program that can help you achieve these goals. As your trainer, we will work together to set these goals and incorporate them into your lifestyle. It is better to do a little exercise for many years, than to do a lot of exercise for a few months.


As your Trainer, I will commit to the following:

   *  hold you accountable to the goals we set together
   *  guide your exercise technique
   *  teach you how to eat healthier
   *  help you overcome obstacles that inhibit your goals
   *  show you the enjoyment of exercise and encourage you along the way
