Cardiovascular and muscle strengthening, balance, flexibility, and core development.
Cardio includes: walking, jogging, plyometrics, and kick boxing.
What to bring to groups?

Body composition and diet/nutrition consultations available

Investment
$80 per month (all class access) (that is $20 per week!)
One Class per week (class of your choice)  $40 per month
Drop in $10 per class
